Sub-processors
Draft — confirm before publishing. The list below reflects the services the
platform relies on today. Keep it current; the DPA requires notice of changes.
We use the following sub-processors to run the service. Each processes personal data only as needed to provide their function, under a data processing agreement.
Hosting & database
- Provider: Hetzner Online GmbH
- Purpose: application hosting and the primary database.
- Location: Germany (EU).
- Safeguard: EU hosting; data processing agreement in place.
Transactional email
- Provider: Resend, Inc.
- Purpose: sending invitation and notification emails.
- Location: United States.
- Safeguard: Standard Contractual Clauses / Data Privacy Framework. Emails carry a name and a personal link. [An EU-resident email provider is under consideration.]
